Warranty Policy
This Limited Warranty is provided by IRVINE RVMARINE DISTRIBUTION INC. for products sold under the TrekPower brand (“TrekPower,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Warranty Coverage
TrekPower warrants its products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use.
This warranty:
- Applies to the original purchaser only
- Is not transferable
- Begins on the original purchase date
- Remains valid for one year
- Requires proof of purchase
Warranty Remedies
If TrekPower confirms that a product has a covered manufacturing defect, we may, at our discretion:
- Provide a replacement part
- Assist with replacing the defective part
- Repair the product when appropriate
- Provide a replacement product when the issue cannot reasonably be resolved through parts or repair
Refunds after the 30-day return period are not included as a standard warranty remedy, except where required by applicable law.
No restocking fee applies to an approved warranty claim.
Returns and Order Issues Within 30 Days
Returns and problems involving products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete must be reported within 30 calendar days of delivery.
These cases are handled under our Return & Refund Policy. If the issue is confirmed to be a product defect or TrekPower’s responsibility:
- No restocking fee will apply
- TrekPower will cover reasonable return shipping costs
- TrekPower may provide a replacement or refund

Warranty Shipping After 30 Days
For an approved warranty claim submitted after the 30-day return period:
- The customer is responsible for shipping the product to TrekPower if a return is required
- TrekPower will cover the cost of shipping an approved replacement part or replacement product to the customer within the contiguous United States
- TrekPower does not provide international warranty shipping
Do not return a product unless TrekPower requests it and provides return instructions. Some claims may be resolved through photos, videos, troubleshooting, or replacement parts without returning the complete product.
What Is Not Covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper storage
- Commercial use
- Improper installation, assembly, wiring, voltage, or operation
- Overloading or failure to follow product instructions
- Unauthorized alterations, modifications, or repairs
- Damage caused by parts or accessories not intended for the product
- Water or weather exposure beyond the product’s stated rating
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect normal operation
- Damage occurring after delivery through customer-arranged shipping, freight forwarding, or international forwarding
- Products purchased used or from an unauthorized source
TrekPower does not reimburse third-party labor, repairs, parts, services, or other expenses unless authorized by TrekPower in writing before the expense is incurred.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To request warranty service, contact TrekPower and provide:
- Order number or proof of purchase
- Purchaser’s name
- Product name and model
- Description of the problem
- Photos or videos showing the issue
- Any additional information reasonably requested for diagnosis
TrekPower will review the information and provide troubleshooting, return authorization, or replacement instructions when appropriate.
Do not send a product to TrekPower without prior authorization.
