Warranty and Return Policy

  • 1-Year Limited Warranty: Manufacturing defects are covered for the original purchaser for one year from the date of purchase, subject to our Warranty Policy.
  • 30-Day Returns: Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, complete, and in their original packaging. Prior authorization is required.
  • Non-Defective Returns: A 25% restocking fee applies. Customers are responsible for the return label and return shipping costs.
  • Product or Order Issues: Report damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items within 30 days. Once confirmed, no restocking fee applies. TrekPower will cover reasonable return shipping and provide a replacement or refund.
  • Exchanges: General exchanges are not accepted. Replacements for confirmed product or order issues are customer-service resolutions.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Used, installed, customized, personalized, digital, or Final Sale items cannot be returned. Promotional items remain returnable unless marked “Final Sale.”
  • Refunds: Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please allow up to 15 business days after inspection.
